Booking Terms and Conditions

Booking : A non-returnable booking deposit of £25.00 per person is required to secure a Reservation.

Cancellation : Bookings made at least 7 days in advance may be cancelled within 24 hours of the booking date without penalty. After 24 hours of the booking date and for all bookings made within 7 days of arrival, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee in accordance with the following schedule:

7 - 14 days prior to arrival - 50% of booking value
Within 7 days of arrival - 100% of booking value

In the event that the cancelled room is re-let, a refund will be given, which will take into account the value of the new booking.

The Hotel does not offer accommodation suitable for children. All bedrooms sleep a maximum of 2 people per room.

Hotel Policies

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is from 14.00 ( unless by previous arrangement )

Check-out time is before 11.00 am.

Meal Times: Breakfast normally served 08.30 to 09.30 ( earlier by request )

Dinner is served at 19.00 to 21.30. Bar Meals 12.00 to 15.00 and from 17.30 to 22.30

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted within the building.

Pets: Pets are not allowed in the Hotel, but can sleep overnight in owners vehicles, provided they are well behaved and do not cause annoyance to other guests. Dogs are not permitted to be walked in the hotel grounds.

Damages: Delayed or ammended charges. A charge will be applied to the value of repairs required for damages to fittings and furnishings which are found in bedrooms subsequent to a guests departure.
