Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 50 will be charged.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Check-in/out:
Check -in time is from 14.00 ( unless by previous arrangement )
Check out time is before 11.00 pm.

Children and Extra Bed Policy:
Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Credit and debit cards:
The hotel accepts all major credit and debit cards including Amex. Diners Club and Solo cards are not accepted

Damages:
Delayed or amended charges. A charge will be applied to the value of repairs required for damages to fittings and furnishings which are found in bedrooms subsequent to a guest’s departure.

Deposit Policy:
A fixed amount of GBP 50 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes:
20 % VAT is included.

Full cooked breakfast is charged at £7.00. Continental Breakfast is charged at £5.00.
Breakfast is served from 8.00 am until 9.30 am.
Lunch, Dinner and Evening Meals are served all day from 12.00 pm. until 10.00 pm.

Parking:
Free private guest car parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets:
Pets are not allowed in the Hotel, but can sleep overnight in owners vehicles, provided they are well behaved and do not cause annoyance to other guests. Dogs are not permitted to be walked in the hotel grounds.

Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted within the building. There is a large patio area at the front of the hotel
